The room in the location was wonderful. I have no complaints. Love the hospitality love the staff love the location, if I had to give an advice to improve it renovate the carpet. The hospitality the front desk clerk was very welcoming and informative

The hotel is right by the highway which helps a lot! Even though it’s near the highway it’s still quiet and peaceful with a soothing back area to sit and take a moment. The only thing is housekeeping, one night we did have do not disturb on the door but still thought at some point they would come to the room and change out the towels. The other days/nights we did not have the sign up and no one came to the room, LUCKILY we still could request for towels , trash bags sheets 24/7 and the front desk was very helpful and nice throughout our stay. Housekeeping was polite as well with our encounters with them day or night. I would stay there again

This is probably the most unkempt and dirty looking hotel I have ever stayed. The carpet had multiple stains, wholes in the corner of the bathroom baseboard and the elevator inspection expired a year ago. I will be contacting corporate in the morning.

I called and requested adjoining rooms. I was told okay. When family arrived we did not have adjoining rooms. Second, One of my rooms the AC did not work and the TV did not work. They had to move my Granny to another room. The second night the tv stopped working in that room also, Front Desk rep, stated that the hotel was under renovation. I understand that the hotel is renovating, but that is something that should be known to guests before they arrive,

Musty in common areas, AC not properly working. They we're using scrubber fans when I came in to reduce the humidity. The AC wall units in the room leak with water so the entire building could have mold for all we know from how much moisture is inside. Building it older and not well maintained Elevator shakes and has concerning sounds when being used. Inspection expired 1 year ago! Slow customer service and outdated technology at front desk Key cards don't work for amenities need to get front desk to help you with designated FOB that only they can use TVs in room don't have most streaming services and still using old cable TV, again outdated. Not worth the $50 savings when down the road, literally 1/4 mile away, you can stay at brand new hotel with new amenities and modern technology for not much more money. Doesn't even have USB chargers in the room. Seems minor and petty but when your competitors right nextdoor does offer those things then why would I choose comfort inn over them?

The pool was closed. The same breakfast, for people staying long term they may want to switch out a few things.
