Exceptional

The hotel itself is alright but there was only one operational elevator for 6 floors and my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour after their posted check in time to get a room. Why mess with this when there are a dozen other comparable hotels a stones throw away?

We love to stay at this Double Tree when we come to Dallas!! The staff is absolutely amazing!! We feel extremely welcomed every time!! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds feel like clouds!!! Thank you for always taking care of us!!!

Only one elevator at the hotel works and it is very slow. It needs to get fixed. The shower fixtures were all loose enough in room 404 that I thought they would come off in my hand. Other than that, its a nice hotel and I had a nice stay.

Great room and bed. Area around felt safe.
-
Convenient location for our visit, the walkway next to water, friendly staff Sofa sleeper was less than comfortable. My son had to sleep with my husband while I slept on the sofa…not in bed form, that was way too uncomfortable

Very good

When we arrived there was a flip flop in the room, I’m assuming from the previous person that stayed in the room. It made us wonder how clean the room would be if that was missed. The beds seemed clean so we stayed. They were having issues with the phone and we were unable to call the front desk

Everything was great except the lighting in the room was minimal making it a little challenging to get ready.
