Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas NW - Farmers Branch by IHG

Just a cement mound

Iron fid not work

The phone in room was messed up and missing an iron in the room. Other than that it was great!!

This property was super clean. I was really impressed by how clean the floors, mirrors, toilet and shower doors were. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. I requested a crib and they delivered it quickly. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise with the variety and quality of food. I’d recommend this property and will stay here again when in the area.

Exceptional

Good breakfast, clean and cool room.

Very good

Good clean place

Our bathroom floors were dirty. The breakfast was ok. The new coffee machine was cool and the coffee tasted good. Overall, the place was well maintained.

Clean and well maintained. Very convenient to our corporate office and a lot of food options between Las Colinas and Addison

The place was clean and well kept. Receiving staff was friendly, helpful and patient. I especially appreciated the fact that an armed security guard was on duty in the parking area since I had to go out to my car a few times that night!

The breakfast was great hot and clean area to sit in. Staff working at that time very helpful If the pool is going to be closed during a stay you should email the guest that fact. At 105 degrees outside it was not nice just to come back to hotel and sit in the room for hours after working. I was told I would get a $50.00 credit and in fact I did not. Even that was discounted. I saw a large dead bug under the chair in lobby. My room had no body wash. Something on the wall who knows what that was.

good

Walls too thin. Sleep disrupted by someone talking on phone on one side, and someone snoring loudly on the other.

The breakfast was cold

The pool was or if service Abba my grandkids really really wanted to swim, especially with the temperature in Texas being over 100 degrees. Would be great if I could receive some type of credit for the inconvenience, or at least a free night stay.

Good!

To place on the website of any upcoming repairs or such as pool is down due to maintenance

It wasn’t the hotel fault , but the gps kept routing us to the wrong spot

Superb
