The room was clean and the breakfast was really good.
-
Great and safe location. Room was clean. WiFi was not working. There were no bedside lights.
-
A standard hotel. The breakfast that most other hotels provides for free was an extra cost that I chose not to pay.

Superb

Room was not ready at 4pm check in. I was told that I would have to wait an hour to an hour and half before double queen room would be available because they were overbooked. They waived the pet fee in exchange for me agreeing to a king bed room. Dried blood stain on pillow case! But the staff were nice.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was perfect! They had carts for us to put our luggage in which was awesome!! Small pool but not too small to use to cool off.
-
They had construction in the entire room #311 next to my room #310. I took pictures. I would appreciate a refund!!! So NOISY!!

Super close to family and places we needed to go

Microwave oven in the room. The shade curtain makes the room fairly dark for sleeping, which is very good and important. Large table to put your stuff on it. A major problem I have not experienced in other hotels: The floor of room #221 (and perhaps other rooms) very noticeably vibrates intermittently! Disturbing when sitting at the table working on the computer. We had to change rooms and the next day were given a room in the 3rd floor, which didn't have the vibration problem. Lighting was terrible in both rooms. One room had 4 light bulbs in the room, the other had 3. All weak LED bulbs. Semi-dark rooms! You have gone nuts trying to save on electricity. On a separate note, a room with 2 queen beds was not available.

Very clean, nice gym. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent.

Nothing. The buffet breakfast was over priced $18.95 per adult. Couldn’t login to WiFi because there was an error message saying couldn’t recognize last name as username and room number for password. I didn’t want to call the front desk for help. The elevator sounded it was going to stop in the middle of going up and down, it had a grinding sound.

Elsa at the kitchen was always welcoming us and making sure that our breakfast experience was always wonderful, she made us feel like we were at home

Breakfast of any kind. Personally I’d choose elsewhere next time I have to stay here for work.

At 9:45 am we had water start pouring out of our bathroom fan. We called maintenance and they came up, but he said he “had to go check the other room” then we didn’t hear anything for an hour. Staff then told us there was nothing they could do.

Pleasantly suprised how this hotel is budget friendly but feels like higher quality hotel room. Great bath products!
-
A fine place to stay. Expensive for the location.

Lobby air conditioning was not working
