The front desk lady even admitted it was in the "fine print" when I booked through Expedia. Not cool.

Housekeeping is every other day unless you’re asking and they will bring you fresh towels or tp upon request anyway. The breakfast downstairs was not bad, especially since I needed gluten free food. They didn’t have gf bread though, which would have been nice.

Clean Spare bed was very uncomfortable

Dominque at the Bistro was helpful and accommodating. Customer Service was not helpful. Did not apply the breakfast coupon after taking about it and stating she was going to enter it in. My card was going to be charged twice when I already had verified my card upon checking and had a pending transaction. Also we were in town for my son’s cross country meet with his teammates and his coach. My son and his teammates waited for a room until midnight because they double booked a room.

Great hotel to stay at. Room was huge, food at the restaurant downstairs tasted good.

We reserved a king room with a sofa bed for three people for two nights, yet there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed when we arrived. We had to call housekeeping to get it delivered. The next morning, we found only two towels in the room for three guests, and the conditioner in the shower was essentially empty. These are basic items that should have been prepared before guests arrive. We should not have had to keep contacting housekeeping for bedding, towels, and toiletries throughout our stay. The lack of attention to detail from housekeeping was frustrating and took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Low quality in-room coffee maker, paper cups, no glasses to use to drink (other than 2 small wine glasses). Room not serviced on second day (if that was the expectation we weren’t informed).

Check in wS fast but Expedia never asked about discounts like AARP so I paid more
