My family and I enjoyed our stay. We celebrated my son’s birthday and everything is close from restaurants to parks, things to do with your kids. We will definitely be staying again in the future. The room was super clean.

The front desk clerk went above and beyond to accommodate us because we told her we were traveling and had picked up a car on a trailer and she made parking arrangements for us and she was extremely nice and professional

Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Staff was extremely helpful and ensured that I had the best room available upon arrival as well as giving me helpful tips with parking, etc. Sawyer went above and beyond to make me feel welcome (future management material in my opinion). I truly enjoyed my vist!

En route to the hotel, we received an email (not a phone call) that they could not accommodate our room. We were offered a king bed with a blow up mattress for 3 adults. I called the hotel and they did express their apologies but nothing else. No assistance to get another room (until I asked at towards the end of our call). We have stayed at this property many times and we do not plan to return. There was a lack of empathy or even how they could help us find another place to stay for the weekend. For the price you pay to stay at this property during the height of the season, I expect better customer service.
