Room smelled musty. The hotel has been renovated, but not to very high standards. All of the reviews were glowing and I hadn’t seen anyone speak to the musty/moldy smell in the rooms, if I had I wouldn’t have made reservations. I am extremely sensitive to mold and mildew so my stay was not pleasant. The beds were clean but too firm for my liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also, highway noise was loud.

Clean room and comfortable bed and small breakfast available for price for one night. Everything was good, except air conditioner in room could have colder.

Pool was green. Waited over 20 min at front desk to get someone to come to desk. Cancelled stay due to pool being green and would not be able to be used. Lobby area dirty and not well lit.

Staff is nice. Breakfast was good, and simple. Close to where I needed to go The bathroom was smaller than expected. And there wasnt a place to hook my towel in the bathroom

The beds were comfortable. I didn’t like how the bathroom door was a swing door so it didn’t shut or you couldn’t lock it. When we was checking in the cashier trying to charge my car five or six different times and then as we were staying there, my card was charged again a couple more times as I already paid before I even got there on booking he kept taking money on my account the whole two days that we were there.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. Another customer told me he was looking for the staff too. I rang the bell at the front desk and after a couple of minutes a woman came. She took care of the other customer. Just as I was next the phone wrangler and the clerk took the call and proceeded to make a reservation while I stood there and waited. This is not right! She should have told the customer on the phone to wait until she checked me in but she didn't. I wasn't happy about that!!! Room was ok. Breakfast room was clean and an ok selection of foods. I was just passing through so not planning to stay here again 😩.

Had a minor issue that was handled timely and professionally. I felt the property was an excellent value, which I desperately needed after many miles on the road. Breakfast was included, and that's what mattered most. Very clean and comfortable. I hope they fix their waffle maker soon!
