Convenient location to where I needed to go.

Rooms were acceptable, my grandsons socks got dirty quickly after walking on carpet, so may need stream cleaning and tap not secure in bath hanging off wall, staff were great especially the guy making the omelettes and the girl at front desk

Restaurant food was terribly

This was my go to hotel until this last stay. The guy that checked me in (when he finally came back up front) wasn’t really rude but not what I would describe as a people person. I remembered him from my check out from the stay before and thinking he wasn’t very friendly. The manager lady was super nice! As was the valet driver. I think valet helped me more than anyone. But the lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the room were all empty. I got sick the first night and sent my son downstairs for a bottle of water. The person at the front desk took it and said he would have it delivered to our room but it never showed up. The price of overnight parking for customers is just outrageous!!! That’s enough reason to find another hotel! $60 per night plus tips. I wish I could have gotten cheaper parking in place of the free alcohol. But it’s an amazing location and a very large room.

The hotel appeared clean, but tired. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The happy hour reception was nice and breakfast was fabulous!!

Exceptional

The location was unbeatable. We used the buses to get around, and the bus stops were always right outside the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were not great. I think they’re just old and need to be replaced. Also, our bathtub sank down a little in the middle and our door didn’t shut properly unless we pulled it closed. I wish there was a pool or hot tub.

The staff were wonderful, 9very kind and efficient. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great...very expansive. The only negatives were a lack of a pool (although there were signs saying they had one...apparently under construction) and the bathtub felt a little slick. Somewhat unnerving if you are older. But I would definitely return here my next time in Fort Worth.

Huge suites and close location to Sundance Square. Excellent breakfast included. The entire property is in desperate need of refurbishment. The Hilton Group should be embarrassed have their name attached to this site. Once grand but now totally outdated and not up the the standard you would expect from the Hilton brand.
