A faulty alarm went off in the middle of the night telling us it was an emergency and to evacuate. There was no emergency, just a faulty alarm system. We were unable to fall back asleep for several hours. Reached out to staff with no remedy

Friendly staff, beautiful lobby and spacious, clean rooms. Location was perfect. Bath/shower setup was difficult for those with mobility/joint issues.

We had an efficient and friendly check-in. Out room was ready so we were able to get in a bit before check-in time. It’s a quaint, boutique hotel inna great location. The shuttle service for drop off within a 3 mile radius is a real plus. We plan on walking to PNC tomorrow for a day game! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The smallest bar in the county is a real gem!

The shower head was not according to the rest of the decor and functionality. The hotel may consider changing the shower heads for something for upscale. I would come back!!

Got to the hotel and my reservation was canceled and all I did two days before my reservation that I might have to cancel due to a family emergency. Never said I wanted it canceled but it was canceled. They tried to charge over $100 more than I was going to pay. Worst customer service.
