Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center

The breakfast was great and room was clean & spacious! My only complaint is the pillows were very flat.

We had a dirty towel folded in our room, electrical did not work in the bathroom, and iron was missing a button. Elevator floor was sticky all weekend. No creamer out for the coffee.

However, when my family arrived at the hotel around midnight due to flight delays, the front desk agent told us that our reserved room type was not available. He said the hotel had already notified Expedia and told us that we needed to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. At that hour, we were unable to reach a live Expedia representative, and our children were extremely tired and sleepy. When we asked when the hotel had notified Expedia, the front desk agent told us, “Yesterday.” We then asked why Expedia had only been notified the day before when we had made and paid for the reservation well in advance. At that point, the front desk agent became upset and shouted, “It’s not me!” He explained that the situation had been handled by the manager, Keryca. We asked him to contact her. After speaking with her, he told us that we could come back the next morning to switch to a room with two queen beds and that we would receive Marriott Bonvoy points as compensation. We then asked to speak with Keryca directly. The front desk agent tried calling her again, but she did not answer. Eventually, the hotel gave us two separate rooms, each with one king bed. By the time we finally got into our rooms, it was almost 1:00 a.m. The next morning, I met Keryca at the front desk. She moved us into the orig

Advantages: The room with a balcony is spacious and comfortable, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Its location is very convenient, being close to the conference hall, which is ideal for business purposes. Breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality of food. Disadvantages: The hotel’s pricing policy is not entirely clear, as the amount charged was higher than the price indicated in the booking confirmation on Booking.com. This lack of transparency in pricing is a significant drawback and should be clarified by the hotel.

the hotel was clean, but ice machines didn't work and there was a leak in the dining room that instead of trying to fix it (maybe couldn't right away) that there was a trash can under it for 3 days. that is the only reason for my 4 stars on maintenance. My only complaint and it is not the hotel exactly is that it was very loud. Lots of noise from outside, trash trucks at 6:00 Saturday morning, people partying on the streets. We could hear it all. Our rooms were on the front of the building.

The stay was really awesome.

We always enjoy staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites when we visit Fort Worth. The location is convenient, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and it’s become our go-to place for our Fort Worth trips. The staff is always incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly, which makes our stays even more enjoyable. The breakfast is great and offers a nice variety to start the day. We also love having the bar on-site, and the happy hour is definitely a plus! Overall, we’ve had wonderful experiences here and highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Fort Worth!
