The pillows are way too small.

It was clean , smelled really nice coming into the building and ac blows cold all night The pool room was very humid and a/c didn’t work. Felt like a sauna due to lack of air conditioning but the pool and jacuzzi worked just fine flexible hours to use pool room .

It was clean and in a safe area. Nothing.

The beds were awful. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Front desk was very sympathetic, but they did not have the tools (better mattresses) to fix the problem. Breakfast was excellent with attendants who were friendly and helpful, eager to help. I cannot say enough about your exceptional staff. Each one showed eagerness to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

We didn't eat breakfast there. Location was good. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The toilet kept running. Walls were grungy with smudges on the walls and no wall decor. Entire room and bathroom would benefit from a paint refresh. Pillows were short, not regular size.

Very outdated, rooms were run down, tv didn’t work properly, shower had mold in the corners, toilet ran constantly and was loud. Would not choose to come back to this location.

Upon our check in, the room they gave us was not cleaned from the previous customers visit. We were located to a clean room seemed like a slight upgrade. Front desk attendant did say if that room was not clean they would have to switch our “type” of room. The rest of the facility was clean, breakfast was good staff were kind!!

Great stay!

Room and hallway carpet were not very clean. Biggest problem was a/c. It was loud and “whined”. Changed rooms but was same.

My family and I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek for 2 days and we were in absolute awe of how clean the hotel was, our room was very big and spacious, the pool and hot tub were nice to relax in after a long day, the breakfast was amazing, and all the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful (especially the woman with dark curly hair and glasses- I didn't catch her name but she was the absolute sweetest) The hotel was very clean and so comfortable. I will definitely be booking this hotel again for all of our future stays in Ft. Worth. All the staff was very nice. Keep up the excellent work everyone. The hot tub had a smell to it but other than that the hotel was phenomenal for our family.

Poca limpieza tengo fotos y videos de las cucarachas hasta por el área de la piscina, al parecer como habían pocos huéspedes no había muchos trabajadores y estaba mal atendido el hotel, tuve una irritación en los ojos por el agua de la piscina en resumen muy mala relación calidad-precio no se lo recomiendo a nadie muy mala estancia a tal punto que el check out era a las 11 am y lo hicimos a las 7 am
