Old 90s hotel. Sonesta should be ashamed.

El lugar estaba limpio, cuenta con un refrigerador completo, cocina, dishwasher. Es un lugar bastante completo para una larga estancia. Hay que recalcar que la estancia necesita ser renovada porque el 90% de las instalaciones son bastante antiguas pero está todo funcional.

The room was very comfortable and quiet and well appointed. The staff was very personable, yet professional as well. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly return.

The staff were awesome and very helpful and polite. The first room we were assigned had maintenance equipment in it and the air conditioner was in parts. The second room smelled like smoke. The third room we were assigned on had two plates, some utensils and a pot to cook with. No other kitchen accoutrements were available.

It has clean rooms. They charged me an extra $100 deposit, which was not made clear when I booked.

The pictures on the website are definitely old. The current condition of this place is deteriorating. I will not be staying at Sonesta in the future.

This was one of my BEST MOTEL experiences ever! I was shocked at what we got for such a cheap price!! DONT MISS OUT ON A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IM FORT WORTH TX!!

-I did not like not being able to see my vehicle from my room. - I found the elevator set up to be awkward getting in and out. They were inside small enclosed rooms hidden from the hallway. - The hot water was hot but the pressure was not the greatest. - There were broken floor tiles in front of the tub/ shower. - The desk chair leaned so far back it felt like you were going over backwards. The side handles were loose and very well used. - There was no actual TV guide to tell what was on each channel. There was only a channel guide with no information. - There was no coffee maker and only a few pieces of silverware. I don't recall if there were plates and cups. The staff was fantastic and the rooms were very quiet as were the hallways.

Staff is great very responsive to customer needs. Krystal was especially helpful. Thank you Krystal.Room was clean. Workout room was nice. Laundry is very convenient. Great experience.

Very friendly staff! Old/dated accommodations. Small room that was called a “suite” but was just one big room. No couch.

Know that the beds are very soft.

Very good staff, nice hotel. Great value.

Other than location, I have nothing good to say. Loiterers in the parking lot, hallways smelled of marijuana, I did not feel safe staying there, and I checked out immediately after check-in.

The woman who helped me and my family check in was helpful but not very forthcoming with information I feel we should have been aware of. The room itself is nice for business/short stays. Not ideal for family stays or romantic vacations away from home. The room was nice but don't seem clean. I went behind them and cleaned my room upon check in just to make sure it was clean. They require you to bring your towels to them instead of them actually cleaning the room and gathering towels. They only clean their rooms every 7 days while units are occupied. Very unsanitary in my opinion. No amenities whatsoever. No pool, no continental breakfast. Nothing. I did voice this to The manager who was super rude about it all, she ended cutting me off and saying it's their policy. Sucks for them. I'll never be back.

I like the layout of the double room and that it had a kitchen. In the shower, there was barely any water pressure and the hot water took forever to heat up and the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock. The AC didn’t work very well. It was hot in the rooms. There was no fan in the bedroom. They disabled our room key before we even checked out. When we were taking stuff to our car, we had to have someone stay in the room so we didn’t get locked out.
