Quality Inn & Suites Fort Worth North - Haltom City

We booked 2 more dates after our original stay. Our evening staff was amazing, she was very helpful and accommodating. We liked the space/room, so we extended our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room. Great price

Very clean! AC was not running when we arrived so it did take the room a while to cool down. Evening staff was very nice!

The hotel is pretty run down overall, and the room was clean-ish. Not terrible, but certainly not great (found a few hairs in the shower and the tub looks like it could use a good scrubbing). My main gripe is the breakfast. They have a waffle iron, two choices of cereal, yogurt cups, and sometimes oranges. I can’t eat gluten, so I was stuck with yogurt cups and fruit. It would have been nice to have an egg option or oatmeal. They also had hot water for tea and coffee, but it was not hot at all. Lukewarm at best. I took it into my room and heated it in the microwave.

Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful air-conditioning sufficient parking was a lot food services were close by Met all of my needs for while I was here.

Great place to stay! Clean, safe and the horses behind the hotel was great to see each morning! The location is great, walked to Waffle House, and McDonalds! Also, Krogers and more restaurants are a short drive away! 2 mile walk if you want to get steps in! Loved it there!

Check on was easy. And my room was spotless.

I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. I was supposed to take a trip to Fort Worth, Texas, due to the medical emergency with my father, I was unable to travel. I booked to stay at Quality Inn through Expedia. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel on my behalf regarding the situation. When I did not hear anything back, I contacted the hotel directly. I was told I needed to handle it through Expedia, but Expedia explained that the hotel manager had the ability to override the policy and issue a refund if they chose to. Expedia informed me that the assistant manager Preston Patel refused to help and stated that I would not be receiving a refund. When I called myself to better understand the situation, he was extremely rude and dismissive stating that we keep calling him and he will not help me. Corporate is not open on the weekends, but I will be contacting them next. I understand that hotels have policies, but the complete lack of empathy, customer service, and professionalism during such a difficult family emergency was very disappointing.

The place was friendly and the room was very comfortable with free breakfast! Very clean rooms and facilities.
