It was a good place to stay after our concert. Only issue I honestly had was the photo that was posted for the room I booked looked nothing like the photo. I was hoping for the bathtub and everything. Pretty sure the description said that as well and it did not have it.

Room was clean. Clerks were friendly

There was black hair in many places (bed, towels, shower). The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and there wasn’t any body wash. The deadbolt was also almost fully off the door… Staff seemed nice when we checked in and out. We literally went there to sleep and left bright and early. Breakfast wasn’t the best so we ended up just going to a local cafe instead. I think we went early for breakfast and so not everything was set out. The room and hallways also had a gross smell.

Staff very helpful. They were quick to assist and even switched out an appliance when mine wasn’t working.

El personal fue muy amable, pudimos hacer check in a las 2pm, la habitación limpia y la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno está bien, básico como en casi todos los hoteles.

Was pleasantly surprised that they offered breakfast! When additionally booking through a third party app I didn’t notice the breakfast being included. Overall happy with the hotel and the staff was very friendly.

Stayed here 2 nights while attending the Steelers/Patriots game. Booked a King Suite with Spa tub. The room was pretty big and spacious. Had a living room area separate from bedroom. Came with a spa tub and a regular shower/tub as well. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was your typical hotel continental breakfast items. Coffee,Tea,Juice, cereals, pastries, make your own waffles, and yogurt. 1st morning was egg patties and sausage patties and 2nd morning was scrambled eggs and sausage patties. Shared a parking lot with a 99 restaurant, which I visited both days I was there. Is also like a 15 minute drive from Gillette Stadium, which was also great. All in all it was a nice stay. Only 2 things I would say that were negative were on the 1st night I went to use the Spa tub and the jets didn't work at all. The next morning when taking a shower I noticed the tub drain was really slow, probably clogged with hair I assumed. I mentioned both to the front desk clerk on my way out to the game on Sunday and he said that he would let maintenance know about the slow tub drain and also told me by the sink there should be a switch to turn on power for spa tub jets. So when I got back I tested the tub drain and it drained fine. Also I didn't see a switch that the front desk clerk was talking about but working in and out of hotels doing maintenance in my life I looked by the light switches by the spa tub and noticed that one of the outlets had a GFI outlet that looked tripped. So I up the spa tub and reset the GFI outlet and the spa jets turned on, but the buttons on tub for jets still didn't work, so when I got done using the spa tub I had to shut the jets off by tripping the GFI outlet. Definitely something that is dangerous if you have to do that and hands are wet.

We booked the King Suite specifically because it came with a whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, the buttons on the tub didn’t work, so we weren’t able to use the jets/bubbles or really enjoy the whirlpool feature. That was disappointing, especially since it was one of the features we were looking forward to during our stay.

This Comfort Inn was conveniently located off the highway. It does appear that is either transitioning to a Comfort Inn or has transitioned from some other hotel. The hotel is on the low end of average. The beds were very uncomfortable but the staff was good. It worked okay for 2 nights to attend a Patriot’s game despite the high price.

The room was big ,bed, pillows and comforter were good. Sounds in hallway and walking in other rooms made it not so great. We stay at hotels to get away. The noises will keep us from not staying again.
