I wasn't very fond of the check in/out process. The process uses a AI kiosk and to me, I feel it is extremely impersonal. When I travel, I like personal interaction when I'm getting a service done (like check in/out)!

Nothing about the room was favorable. The room was dirty and there was soap scum and somebodys loofa under the chair (you can clearly see upon entering the room). The hall carpet looked like it wasnt vacuumed for weeks. And there was a stench. Nothing about the room was favorable. There was nothing worthy of this hotel. The staff NEVER smiled , we were there for 1 week abd after 2 days the cable went out with NO effort to fix and then we were told several times that the cleaning staff are to replace towels, toiletries 2 times in the week. NEVER did that happen. We had trash collecting outside our door and would grab clean towels and toiletries when cleaning cart was out in hallways. They staff or lack of did NOTHING to try and fix the matter. Would NOT recommend my animals to even stay there. NO WORTHY!
