Aloft by Marriott Frisco

Needed better lighting in the room.

Nice

Great day thank you

Over all its a fantastic option

What a great, accommodating staff during my 4 nights here. Loved my room and the amenities. Great location as well. If I’m ever back in Frisco, I hope to stay here again.

The best in Frisco!

I have not received my hotel reciept online

I had Aerial at the front desk in the morning who was very bright, cheerful and helpful. I was wanting a late checkout and with her help and patience I was able to. So greatful for her amazing attitude and kindness. It makes a huge difference when your staying at a hotel. I had nice interactions with at least 3 men working in facilities and they were all very kind and friendly. I did like watching one man do the chemical cleaning in the pool during the morning. Good to know it's well maintained. I passed by multiple ladies cleaning rooms and watched them spraying disinfectant on the counters in other rooms which was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a roll in accessable and one of THE BEST hotel showers I have been to. 10/10. Things I didn't care about but we're great for others is the amount of food and shopping in complete walking distance along with free parking. Movie theater at the mall, marshalls old navy doller tree and PetSmart. Very busy location you will lack nothing staying here.

The bathroom was clean

Very good

I only stayed for 2 nights, and I didn't spend any time there except to sleep. I didn't use the amenities like the bar or restaurant, but the coffee in the lobby was out both mornings, and the front desk staff wasnt very helpful. My room was mediocre, and it had poor lighting that made me suspicious it wasn't completely clean.

It was a great experience

great value for the money

No microwave, no phone on the room, no late check in.

Exceptional

Nice location. Room was outdated compared to other Aloft hotels.
