Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco

Exceptional

It’s near many eateries, shops and fun stuff. Room was very nice. Check in at 3. Arrived about that time, told room was not ready and did not know how long it would take. After a long road drive would have been nice to have room. We left and was told we would receive a text when ready. Never got a text. Went back about an hour and 1/2 and room was ready. That was not a good start.

Clean, great breakfast options. Would definitely stay again.

Raj at the front desk got me checked in a couple hours early, great hotel.

Location was good, clean and staff helpful Pool was cold. Gym facilities old. Breakfast was ok- closed the breakfast at 10am which seemed a bit harsh

Great deal. Nice staff. Raj at the front desk is awesome! Great hotel for the price.

Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very welcoming and cozy hotel.

Close to areas and attractions we were interested is seeing. Room required maintenance as soon as we arrived. It would not secure. Repaired within the hour. Staff were a little brisk and very short, but they were able to address our concerns. Would not give a receipt for stay or incidentals. NEVER BOOK through BOOKING.com. Overcharged for room. Paid hotel and booking.com.

it was ok my trash was left in the bathroom, it took the hot water a while to get hot to take a shower, I dint kine that they didn't clean the room when we left for the day.

Property was clean, room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was yummy with a omelette station. Great for families.

Nothing

The hotel was quiet, clean and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything.

Awesome hotel. No complaints

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was generally clean, but there was an unpleasant odor present. We asked the front desk to look into it, and they sent housekeeping, who only changed the linens but didn't address the smell. It seems the hotel is quite old, and the odor appears to be coming from the AC vents. The smell was reminiscent of chemicals.

Omelet station was the best. Good coffee and great tea selections. The blinds in my room were broken. I could not have a completely blacked out room. The lights from the hotel were shinning into my room. The door in my room was very heavy and hard to open and almost slammed my fingers with the door

Nice location Sitting area, couch was full of bedbugs. When spouse and I completed a movie we stood and notice bedbugs on our shirts. Have bitten our arm.
