Tru By Hilton Frisco Dallas, TX

Overall good experience. There were no drinking cups in the room and the towels were scratchy. Only complaint about the cleanliness is the mold on the bottom of the shower door. The “ breakfast” choices were I’d say a 2 out of 10. It was only one night and price was good. I would stay again for a quick overnight.

Good

Breakfast was great.

Room service is not done daily. Customer service is ok not very friendly. Overall ok hotel wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff was very helpful! Room was clean, but sink didn’t really drain. Also the A/C panel on the wall didn’t work and the controls on the unit didn’t allow for a constant fan (to offset traffic noise) without the A/C being turned all the way down.

Exceptional overnight front desk staff, rooms and common areas were very clean, pool area looked very well maintained

Exceptional

It was convenient to businesses and restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet and the manager was very friendly and nice No microwave in the room was the only issue

Good location Swimming pool needed cleaning

The location, the receptionist that attended me was great at check in so kind ? The room was great & breakfast ? Not much lighting in the room

Super nice people nice place very clean, friendly staff. The only complaint would be that the pool wasn’t cleaned out. There was a bunch of leaves and stuff. Other than that it was great, especially for the prize.

The hotel was up to date and clean. However, not having coffee in the room is my reason for not giving 5 stars.

Bes was comfy and everything was clean. Breakfast was ok just very small and average on taste

Quit

The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler, although it might feel a little small for two people. As expected from a Hilton brand hotel, the cleanliness was excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The only downside is that having a car is almost essential, as the hotel is not in a very walkable area. Other than that, it offers excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. It was quiet. Maintenance was being done on the hot water piping during my stay. The television in my room didn’t work but I don’t watch much TV.
