I wasn’t aware that they only cleaned the room every day unless you requested it. We got there late, ran out for our meeting, then left early that morning expecting to have a clean room when we returned. I know there was a sticker on the mirror but in my rush I didn’t read it. Not sure if this is a new thing but I thought all rooms were cleaned daily. Also the breakfast was less than expected.

The fact it had a bed. They’ve tried fixing things but it’s just lipstick on a pig. Oh and the best thing is they will not credit me for the $30 of “incidentals” they charged me with no good explanation. They told me at checkin they were to be taken off at checkout but after a week, they still have not credited my card.

Nice location - right outside of Colorado National Monument, easy access to I-70, and nice pool and hot tub! No complaints

My room had very week wifi signal, loosing it often Second issue with my room was the door key/card, unable unlock door in two days five times ????? Front desk personnel had always. “ re-charge “ my door card. I was a bit silly

Breakfast could have been better. The shampoo dispenser in the shower didn’t work or maybe it was empty.

NIce hotel for one night while traveling and good resturants close by. Very helpful and friendly staff. On the road for six weeks and unfornuately every hotel/motel serves the same worn out breakfast; scrambled eggs poured out of a box, greasey bacon or sausage, oatmeal, sausage and gravy, etc. Come on America, you copied Embassy Suites out of Phoenix from 50 years which served a real breakfast, got bought out and created what is served today followed by all 10,000+ motels across the country. Europe you not!

great hotel, everything was clean, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, and location was fantastic, close to all the parks we were there to see.

There is a $30 deposit that they don’t tell you about. Front desk said it would be refunded at checkout. Still waiting for my deposit four days later.

Being welcomed with a big smile sure helps after a long drive. Comfort Inn Fruita delivers a peaceful, clean and enjoyable rest. Plus, a nice breakfast to get on my way. Thanks
