The room was fairly clean , location was good.the a/c wasn’t working, the bathroom door was falling apart. Bed was comfortable. This hotel room wasn’t worth the price

Check in was not adequate! No one was at the front desk and I needed a bathroom stat! After hollering for an attendant and finding a locked bathroom, I finally got a slight response from someone in the hall that went to find the bathroom key. The hallway smelled of smoke, which the attendant said she had just come inside from smoking. ( a no-smoking hotel I was told) I found a glob of hair on the bathroom floor. When we went to get ice, we found a moldy drink atop the ice machine. No stopper in our bathroom sink and smelled like sewer gas. Bed was uncomfortable( rolled to middle) Powdered eggs? Yuck.

Pet friendly. Close to the essentials when starting or ending your day! Front desk representative, not a hospitality pro

It was very clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff were courteous and helpful along with professional. The structures locking mechanism on the door it's called, is electronic. Of course. And the battery was dying so our key cards weren't working. The staff should give guests a heads up about the manual. Input button in the bottom center of the TV.

Got off to bad start with unfriendly desk clerk at check in. Rest of staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok but eggs were way overcooked. All around it was acceptable but nothing special. Beds were comfortable. And location near Colorado Monument was ideal.

We just needed a quick room for the night after being out all day and not enough time to drive all the way home. The staff was very helpful and friendly and everything seemed clean and maintained properly. We used the pool for an hour after checking in and it was very relaxing.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before. The room was just ok, but the hallway and door looked dingy. I don’t know if I will stay there again.

Well equipped and quick access to restaurants and highway.

Needs major updates Microwave and stand plus the refrigerator needs to be updated! Just getto! For what they charged for one night we paid less in Utah for a extremely gorgeous room

It was well priced, clean and quiet

Just an awful experience. Dirty, lumpy broke down bed that I couldn’t sleep in, leaking shower. Flooded floor in minutes. Breakfast inedible. Even the bagels smelled sour and moldy. Never going back. The only plus was the nice receptionist. She worked hard to keep things going with all the complaints, broken tv and phones. She was the only staff there that had to handle everything. Even maintenance.

Good overnight stay.

The room at this property was spacious and clean. The front desk and service was courteous and friendly. Several dining options are available within walking distance. It is also closed to a beautiful State Park and the surrounding views (e.g. Colorado National Monument) are amazing.

The staff is really nice and the rooms were clean but everything is just so dated and just needs to be remodeled it's just very old... breakfast was fine...
