The location was great

Rooms were clean, quiet and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Not far off the interstate with places close by to eat. Perfect one night stop.

Shampoo/conditioner bottles, would rather the old way. Never know if someone could put something in them

The room advertised sleeping for 4 but only had accommodations for 3 people. We got creative and made it work, but would have booked a different room if we had known.

Was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not eat breakfast I did not like that the room we checked into was smoldering. We lowered the temperature and left our luggage to allow the room to cool down. Over an hour later, the room was still hot. After calling the front desk, we were told the room should not have been rented because the air was busted. We changed rooms after repacking, which was a hassle, and we received an apology. I expected a discount because of the inconvenience, and the room was overpriced.

Nothing When checking in I had to call for a lady person that I could see in an another room with cell phone in hand and yell 4 times to come to the desk. There was nothing professional about the front desk or breakfast area. I requested a bottom which they gave us. The room smelled old and shower curtain was molded. So we requested another room. We got a room on 2nd floor. Shower curtain smelled and the desk phone didn’t work and the receiver wouldn’t even plug in. Not enough lighting in room. Toilet wouldn’t flush had to call maintenance. The bed was not comfortable at all. The hotel needs updating in all areas including employees.

Breakfast was very good. Bed was quite comfortable. Good charging facilities. Good to have a fridge. Actually had a view of green space! Location was badly misleading. Property listed as 4,3 miles from airport. Totally incorrect unless you are travelling via crow. Actually driving distance almost 12 miles. The room condition not bad, but not as nice as previous Fairfield experiences. I have yet to recieve an invoice

Everything was lovely at this hotel restaurants close by within walking distance lots of parking unless you have a small trailer but we did find the last awkward space. . very quiet Safe.

The room we stayed was a decent room and clean.
