Parking was free and easy. The room was clean but the bathroom needed maintenance on the shower curtain and the TV remote didn't work. Was unable to enjoy the free breakfast due to the waffle maker malfunctioning and worker was busy messing with it instead of replenishing the other breakfast items.

The room and lobby area were very clean. However our towels had several hairs in them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 6 days. Every night when we returned to our room our card would not work to let us back in our room so I would have to go back down from the third floor so they could reactive our card. It was every night. That was very annoying. Breakfast was hit or miss every morning. Something was broken or out of several things each morning

This property seemed brand new. Rooms were large and the facility was very clean. The area safe and very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience.

Dirty. Not attentive staff. Minimal breakfast.

We reserved the deluxe king suite a week ago and they were out of them. Not terrible at all. We got booked to two queen beds Instead. The beds had yellow stains and smelled horrible. The staff was very kind and accommodating and gave us a new room. This new room has black curly hair in the shower and sink. It also had stains as well but not as bad as the first one. I would not go here again. I’ve been to cheaper hotels and it has never been that dirty.

I normally will never complain but only reason we booked this place was for pool which was indoor but closed and really felt like hotel just didn’t wanna bother with it also the breakfast was very bare minimum with no folks or a lot of things that just make sense to have room smelled very unpleasant shower head was almost stopped up like hard water scale overall was one of worst experience.

The room we were checked into was very moldy smelling. They moved us into a new room with a strong smell but it wasn’t moldy smelling. The couple of times we needed something we had to chase the manager down outside the hotel, he was never at the desk. We had to ask at the desk for towels for the pool per the signage at the pool room. One of the cleaning ladies eventually came by the front desk and helped me because the manager had disappeared again. I had been looking for him for ten minutes. I would have gotten towels from the room but there were only three and I needed those to shower the kids after the pool. The beds were incredibly hard. The tub was dirty and the nightstand in the room had brown goop smeared in the drawer. Breakfast was scant and the juice machine was out of one of the two juices offered. I have never had an experience like this or written a review like this ever before.

Aside from what I wrote in the last review, the breakfast was supposed to be ready at 0600. At 0608, there was NOTHING out. At 0640, we tried the breakfast - tasteless. Off to Chick-fil-A.

Had a moldy smell other than that it was nice. Breakfast wasn’t that good luckily there are a lot of food places nearby

Overall the hotel was pretty nice, the breakfast was just mediocre. We didn't have a comforter on the bed and noticed that other rooms had them but we survived.

Just pull up tha whole hotel carpet it smells like flood damage our room smelled like it had mole in it ask for a new room they said no and breakfast wasn’t even it either will neva stay there ever again no thank u

2. I was charge $100.00 incidental and did not get a refund. I didn't use the phone, or any soaps (brought my own), and I didn't make coffee. There was no mini bar. Unless I was charged for using electricity for my CPAP machine, charging my devices, cooling a soda in the fridge, and heating left overs in the microwave, or connecting to the internet, I don't know what incidentals means. Next stay, I will know to plan for the 100.00 bucks upcharge.

The bed linens were stained. There was chicken nugget on the floor. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. Both rooms I reserved were not properly cleaned. The beds were comfortable, the check in attendant was friendly.

water came pouring through the bathroom ceiling at 11 pm! so much water floor entirely covered, filled light fixture, coming through exhaust fan, and was outside of room near stairs covering floor! husband went to front desk and NO ONE was there, called numerous times and guest from 2nd and 3rd from above us came down to looking for help as well. Guest from second floor called 911 police showed because still no one at front desk! someone finally showed up after cops did and we finally got moved to another room which was less than superior and NOT what we had reserved, beds squeaked, could not sleep and smelt terrible. my husband inquired about refund due to inconvenience and they said they would take to owner. crickets no response no refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! and please tell me why meeting rooms filled with mattresses? oh and breakfast was not worth bothering! Disappointed to say the least!

The room itself was comfortable.The bed allowed for a restful night. The comforter was way to thin. Almost like another sheet on top. A slight mildew smell was noticeable upon entry.The window curtains had a few visible stains.The roll-in accessible shower had drainage issues.Water pooled across the bathroom floor during use.
