The lobby and hallways smelt like sewer

Staff was great, property and room was very clean but elevator wasn't working and we were on 2nd floor. Last time we stayed at end of March the elevator was having issues working.

The property itself was good, clean rooms with very practical layouts. The issue was a terrible burn hair smell in the hall ways, not being informed the elevator was out, not being informed the pool was out of order and to top it off, the staff was extremely indifferent. When I inquired about the smell, I was met with blank stares and shoulder shrugs. I was very disappointed as I seek out Marriott properties because they are always better than most, I guess it is just this property that needs to retrain staff and keep up the property a little better.

Elevator not working. Took all my belongings up to 4th floor! Water was not hot for shower.

The staff were great, the room was very clean and the breakfast selection was great. No parking issues at all. The only thing that concerned me was the smell of a strong odor in the hallways and it was hot walking in them. The elevator has been definitely out for almost a year. I’ve stayed at this location before. If you can smell past the memory of an old hair salon in the hallways and don’t need an elevator then this is a good place to stay.

Although I didn't stay there because Expedia messed up my reservation, I'm sure it's a nice property.

The elevator was not working. It has been down for months. Only found out when we arrived at the hotel. If I had known we would have booked elsewhere. No prior notification from Fairfield or Expedia. We were on the second floor and had to carry all our luggage to the room. Receptionist was unhelpful and basically said you can go elsewhere if you don't like it. Because we had been driving for four hours we didn't want to mess about with trying to find another hotel at 6pm at night. This needs to be upfront on Expedia as disabled people would be in trouble. Not happy really.

Other than their elevator being upgraded so it wasn't working, the hotel chain is always a favorite. The staff did offer to take our luggage to our upstairs room which was appreciated. This one was a expected, clean, updated, great staff and nice breakfast. We'd stay again.

Got to the hotel to check in had suitcases and everything and was informed that the elevator did not work Add two ladies with us and had to carry the suitcases up the flight to stairs and staff offered no help to doing it did not offer a discount was not pre informed that the elevator hadn't been working for a while based off the staff at the front desk

It was clean. The elevator was not working and hadn’t been for about 6 weeks. Our room was on the third floor. I am currently recovering from ankle surgery so going up three flights of stairs was painful. There was no discount offered only points if you were a member.

Nothing didn’t even stay! When we arrived we were told they could not accommodate our request for handicap room. They informed us all rooms still available where on the 2nd floor and their elevator was not working!!

NO ELEVATOR- have a cold, no energy for stairs, never told while making reservation $---/ night x 2 days

I was sent a courtesy email to inform me that the elevators were out of order until further notice. I was on the second floor. I only had two bags and to take to my room. The room had an odd odor but it was clean. The microwave did not work. The door kept popping open and would not start. The coffee downstairs was cold too

Our room was large. The property was clean. Breakfast was ok. I wasn't all that fond of happy hour being in front of check in though.
