I liked that the parking lot was well-lit and I could see my car from my hotel room window. I liked the shower facility and the fact that there were plenty of clean towels. The room was quiet, even though it was right next to the elevator. The breakfast was mediocre; the coffee so-so. The bed linens were rumpled, but probably had been laundered. The comfort of the mattress was just okay. The bed had the smell of sweat from other people.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Seemed to be lots of travelers with dogs but we never heard or smelled them. Breakfast was very good. Something for everyone. Hot food was hot, nice. Nice visiting area on main level Train across the street, not hotels fault

Clean, quite They had a 4 to 5 hour black out. And one of the evening employee need a costumer service class. She needs to smile and at least say thank you. Cant ask her for assistance.

Stayed here 1 night on our way back east from Arizona and Utah. We arrived during a thunderstorm which caused local flooding and power outages. The Hotel had no power, however the woman at the front dest was amazing. She got us checked in without issue. We were very thankful because going any further would have been risky. We were very impressed withe her calm and confident demeanor.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. We had a great experience the first time. This time we had a room way in the back on the first floor. We felt like we were in a hole it was so dark. Otherwise it was ok

Air conditioning was little loud

Convenient location, good value, and will return again.

The morning coffee in the lobby lounge was terrible!

Was clean, staff really nice, only thing is the smell in the hallway

It was clean and staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and pet friendly property. The ice machine on our floor was out of order so we had to walk downstairs to get ice. That was the only inconvenience on the property.

Room was clean and comfortable. For a few dollars extra we got a larger room with a nice sitting area. It was well worth it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was so so, pretty much like all the breakfasts that hotels offer. In fact this is the second time we have stayed here on this trip
