Hyatt Place Gilbert

Fantastic location. Super staff..breakfast was great. Enough parking.

Room bedding not clean stained and dirty rooms are clean but could be better taken care of staff was very attentive breakfast typical dishes dirty looks like dishwasher needs a full service clean up.

The building appeared very beautiful on the outside. The entrance looked good. But as soon as you enter the elevator. You see old stained up carpet. The room also had more large stairs in the carpet. Staff was very friendly. Didn't eat breakfast. Meeting up with friends. On way to Cali. No bar.

Location Cockroach in one of our rooms. Breakfast coffee pots didn’t last for the breakfast hours.

Very clean. Comfortable and location was perfect for us. Close to good restaurants (Carrabba's which we like) , close to Costco, Freeway 202. Nothing. It was just right and very good value for the money

Nice hotel overall. Room we stayed in the bathroom and closet was slightly smaller than expected. Bathroom door barely missed toilet when opening and closing. Staff was wonderful.

Kind employees and clean property

This hotel is great! The rooms are very nice but you have to request a microwave as they are not in the rooms. The fitness center was ok as they had dumbbell weights and 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a recumbent bike. They have a hot breakfast with real plates and real silverware. The staff was great and took care of all my needs. The only thing I wish they would have would be a drip coffee for the evening.

The room was clean, everything was in working order. The only issue was the AC unit squealing out of control. Notified front desk upon check out. Staff was friendly and property was very clean/well maintained.
