Bon hôtel 👍 bien placé, propre, personnel agréable

All staff were very friendly.

Awesome overnight stay. Convenient to Iron Springs Hit Springs. The host when we arrived was so friendly and even opened up the breakfast area so we could have a place to eat our take out dinner. Comfy beds and well maintained rooms were great. Thank you for a great stay.
-
The whole place was dirty and smelled. The rooms were not only dirty, but terribly small.
-
This hotel is in a great location close to the freeway and also very handy for downtown.
-
The hotel is a no frills basic type. The 1st floor room was clean but did not have a coffee maker, and it felt like I was sleeping in a basement because it had high tiny windows on mountain side. Good location to downtown. I felt it is expensive for a very basic motel.
-
Decent place but pricey for what you get.
-
Was a value. It b was clean in a convenient part of town

Room was VERY basic and dated (and expensive). Breakfast was very basic. Lobby staff was very pleasant and helpful. That is the best think I can say about it.

The hotel itself is really nice the beds are hard so if you're not used to a hard bed you're going to be miserable in the morning with a sore back. Rooms were extremely clean breakfast is good and a big room plenty of space. Everything's pretty close to walking distance if you're in good health. They have a shuttle system here that's a dollar per person which is awesome however they're scheduling is kind of messed up it'll tell you they're be there in 5 minutes next thing you know it says it's going to be 40 minutes and the next thing you know it says an hour and 10 minutes. So like I say if you're not in good health you will definitely want to wait around that shuttle but if you can walk it cute town to visit lots of little stuff to doeverything's pretty within walking distance then 5 to 15 minutes

The room was nice. I liked that they had blankets on the beds. Was a nice touch. Close to the city centre once you cross the foot bridge over the river. The curtains don’t block out a lot of light- including the street lights at night time. The soap dispenser in the shower of room 218 didn’t work as well as the other dispensers in the bathroom.

I liked the location, amenities and breakfast.
-
Nice place. Simple and easy access to The Springs.
-
Close proximity to the hot springs without the expense.
-
Nice clean room, recently updated decor, perfect location for Hot Springs visit. I would stay there again.
-
It's an older motel property but is very clean. And the people there are very helpful.
-
Building and rooms are old. Not cleaned well. Not a comfortable bed or pillows. No chair/desk to do work. Worst of all, smoke alarm went off at 1am for battery replacement, too bad no chair to stand on to yank it out. Staff did respond, so that's a plus, but I would not choose this hotel again.

Everything was perfect. For anyone reading this review know that the continental breakfast has some outstandingly delicious pastries.
-
Thanks for the experience!

Excellent location for access to hot springs and very helpful attendant. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. Breakfast was weak, or maybe just I was at the very end and items had run out or been put away before the stated end time. Would definitely stay here again, but set alarm clock 30 min before stated close time to be sure to get basic continental offering.
