Glenwood Hot Springs Resort

Loved the easy access to the pools, and how nice it was to be close to everything. The room was very comfortable & clean Would have loved a better view of the pools

It was right next to the Hot springs which we wanted to go to The only thing Hair conditioner wouldn’t come out of the dispenser .

The property is super close to the HotSprings and it is a great value for the room and the ticket to the springs Our room was super uncomfortable. The AC unit is so loud, both our beds had that sunken in the middle feel. Just not comfortable and we had blood on one of our pillows.

The A/C did not work very well. It got hot in our room during the night.

There is basically no lobby, no food available and no bar.

The sheets on your beds were scratchy and very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The price

The room is clean. I paid $540 to book a room that was advertised as having a pool view. However, when we checked in, we found that our room had no view of the pool at all. I asked the front desk to resolve the issue, but they insisted that all south-facing rooms are considered 'pool view' and refused to offer any solution. In reality, the hotel has five floors, and only rooms on the third through fifth floors actually overlook the pool. They assigned us a room on the second floor, where the pool is not visible at all. We believe the room we received does not match the description of the room we booked. We believe this is a clear case of misleading advertising, and the staff were unwilling to address the issue directly. We booked this room specifically because it was advertised as having a pool view. Had we been informed from the beginning that the room did not actually have a pool view, we would have chosen another hotel that offered much better value for the price.
