Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

Microwave did not work. Refrigerator broke. TV only got 7 of the listed channels. The first night it took hours to get a single chair in our room. The staff was very nice. Kyle was especially good. Moby worked hard, too.

There was mold in the bathroom, my stockings got black from walking on the floor, food on the wall just horribly in need of a deep cleaning.

Got a non smoking room but I smelled smoke coming in all day from another room. I could see ants in the bathroom. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Water won’t drain quick enough in the tub. Not much in free breakfast. Coffee was as good as hot water. Holes in the ceiling. Patch work on the wall visible. Not a good place to get a good night sleep.

Rooms are having smelly. The moment I opened the door to enter my room, saw a roach. Shower head was terrible. AC was not working. Room was hot always. Neighbors were making a lot of noise. This neighbor was playing TV the whole night. People were talking loud in the passages and slamming the doors in the middle of the night. Breakfast also very bad.

Stay was okay. Stayed two nights.

Location It smelled bad, and the floors were filthy. The fan in the bath was so loud. The room floors were so nasty we had to wipe our feet off with a towel before getting into bed

Great stay! It was a little loud due to low flying planes at times but the facility was great

This is a good affordable hotel. My room wasn't super clean, the floor was dusty and dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. I was only here for one night.

Where to start...we have stayed at many Quality Inns over the years, they are usually budget friendly so we have more funds to spend at local small businesses and have experiences. This one, however was the grossest, most rundown place ever.

It was exactly as described. The breakfast was a bit lackluster but we had no issues.

Dirty, had to change rooms. If you have no money stay here otherwise run!

The people on staff were pleasant but overstretched.

Adequate budget stay. Nothing special, but no problems. We chose this location for the price and proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater.

The breakfast offering was very short timed and extremely limited. Also , why is the COVID glass still up around the check in area.?

The indoor pool had several dead bugs in it, although we were able to fish them out. The property also had no ice available because the ice machines were down. Check‑in was quick, and it works for a cheap one‑night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer. There isn’t much within walking distance, though it is fairly close to Red Rocks, which is a plus. There’s plenty of parking and it sits right next to another hotel, but overall, we wouldn’t return.
