The place was nice....the bed was super comfy! The shower floor looked questionable, dirty & I ended up wearing my sandals in the shower. None of the ice machines on ANY floor where in working condition, but any time I asked the front desk, they were all friendly about getting us ice. I read that they have been going through "upgrades". So hopefully, if we stay here again, the issues I felt we encountered will be addressed. We were on the Club level, with a Mountain view (which we LOVED!!) and there were some pretty cool club level perks...however, they were only Mon-Fri. The perks did not extend into the weekend, which I thought was odd, since I am sure most of their patrons stay through the weekend. We would stay here again, but will probably wait to be sure the "upgrades" have been completed. We were in town for a Red Rocks show & this hotel was conveniently located close to RR & all the activities we wanted to do while in town. (a Microwave in the room would have been a plus too, but not a deal breaker).

Hotel was clean and welcoming. Staff was helpful when we needed something. Room was clean.

Our stay was great! Very clean and friendly staff
-
Breakfast expensive and basic. Room remodel can’t come soon enough.

The room was just average, small. Nothing special about it. One of the curtains was broken and wouldn’t close. The toilet seat was broken as well. Only 2 working ice machines on all the floors. Parking was terrible. Garage was sketchy and there was a trailer parked behind the building that someone was living in. Real strange. One of the front desk workers laughed at me when I asked if there was a complimentary breakfast. People in CO are so rude. This Hotel needs to do better.

This is a fantastic place to stay and we loved our suite.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Well located for the Golden/Lakewood area with a convenient Denny's across the road, and easy to get to from Denver Airport.

So this place was probably really great 20 years ago. Some areas in the hallways look and smell run down. Staff is great, rooms were clean and the breakfast was a plus. Plus stay again but hoping the renovations are actually happening as mentioned in the email before check in.

Excellent place to stay! Love the view of the city!
-
Amazing hotel and staff but the ac in the room was locked so it wouldn’t go down lower than 69 so the room was extremely hot the entire time. Other than that this hotel is a great place to stay plus they are in the middle of renovations too which could explain the ac issue

Christina, at the desk super friendly & helpful every time we interacted. You’re lucky to have her😊 somewhat disappointed that the pool wasn’t open but ended up not having alot of free time. The room was clean & neat tho missing towel bars in the vanity. Good location.

Definitely in need of the remodel soon to happen(January of 2027). The night audit staff member just began his shift but seemed very busy and seemed to rush me a bit too much and lacking common niceties. I felt I was annoying him with my presence and my questions towards parking or even which way to head. The morning checkout employee was much more was pleasant. The shower was very lacking, water pressure-wise and the shower curtain lacked the ability to keep the bathroom floor from mild flooding. Luckily a enough towels were provided lol. The lobby was very pleasant as the underground parking.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great stay

Staff was friendly and helpful. But the property is has ongoing renovations. Thus, only one elevator worked and it took what feels forever to get back to the lobby once it's full. Nevertheless, the facility looks fascinating, it has nice bar, plenty of parking, and the room was pretty neat and comfortable. The only room improves would be the fridge and AC have loud noise.

The AC in our room was not working from the moment we walked in, thermostat showed 77 so we thought maybe we need to turn it down and give it time to cool off, went to dinner came back and it was still in the 70s, it was late, there was a box fan in the room so we used that. By morning our room was 81 degrees, front desk wouldn’t answer. On our way downstairs, the housekeeper offered to help us by contacting engineering dept directly to speed up the process. Still notified front desk, we were told that someone would be coming in to fix the ac. Went out for the afternoon and came back and nothing was done. By then shift change had happened and new front desk person told us they were sold out for the night. I had confirmed with previous front desk person that we would have a room available to switch to if ac wasn’t fixed. We get switched to a new room right across from the other room. The ac worked but the door wouldn’t shut right. Let front desk know we were leaving for a concert and he said it was an easy fix, it would be taken care of. It was not. We were only able to secure the door with the latch on the inside. Let front desk know about all the issues when we checked out and were told maybe they could give us some extra points or rewards for the inconvenience.

Nice hotel. Great location for attending concerts at Red Rocks....just 15 minutes away.
