Not a problem for me but just an fyi…Breakfast was very limited to bagels and muffins and juices. On night 1, My only complaint was I reported that our toilet was not flushing properly because the inside chain was corroded and front desk assured me it would be checked the next morning but no one ever fixed it. She gave the option to change rooms but I didn’t want to pack up everything when I could manually hook chain after bowl refilled.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was included which was nice Why this is a bad review is because of the airport shuttle. This was the main reason I booked this hotel because I had an overnight layover. The shuttle doesn’t come on time after waiting and waiting, and I had to get an uber as to not miss my flight.

Elevators are about to break, room smelled really bad when we first walked in, bathroom wasn’t clean either, and the roof was leaking.

The hotel was great but after double checking they had an airport shuttle that we could use, the driver never showed up.

Staff was very nice and courteous, always very helpful with any concerns we had! Breakfast was good , bagel bar, and add ons

They had issues with there elevator and was aware but never said anything to guest before checking in. My Family was stuck on elevator and then it finally opened on the wrong floor. I called down to service desk and she said they were aware of issue to use the stairs for the remainder of stay, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. I have bad knees and that out a lot of pressure on me. Not to mention the wash cloths I was given was dirty with some black stuff on it

The location to six flags was great. The choice of items for a cold breakfast were good. The beds were very comfortable and the a/c kept up with the Texas heat, thankfully! Driving to the front was a bit confusing, the main drive was hidden so you have to go through IHOP lot. Also, the elevators were really noisy and thunked. One of them we got stuck in and had to pry the doors open because they didn’t want to let us out. The room door was loud to shut because it caught against the door frame.

Breakfast was trash basically reheat bagels. Hotel was semi clean only one working elevator. Overall for just sleeping and leaving not bad. Amenities could be improved. Pool was clean.

The hotel and customer service 👌 was great. The hotel was nice and clean. One thing the elevator broke down and we had to walk up three flights of stairs. It was fix the next day. Thank goodness because one of my passengers had a bad knees. Over all people and hotel was nice.
