The front desk staff w old certainly benefit from customer service training. Notification should’ve been made about the construction at the hotel prior to the check-in.

We like Lewis when we arrived and the place was clean. WHen they had an 11:00 pm shift change the lady that took over was terrible. We had called down 5 times and never got an answer so we walked down and she was on her cell phone and had ear buds in her ears. We asked for more blankets because we had one thin blanket and she said they didn't have any blankets and said cover up with your towels. So we went back up and we had two towels and one looked used becausse there was red stuff on it so came back down and asked for more towels to cover up with and she said she didn't have any towels. Come to find out with the morning crew there was an full storage room with sheets and towels she was just to lazy to get up off her butt and help.

Location Poorly maintained

Location to my medical conference Quiet, clean Great work out room. Room was upper corner with great view of sunset. Room was very spacious with desk and lounge chair. Initial check in person was friendly and helpful. Room had shower door that got stuck. Handle on sink faucet hit the mirror making it impossible to turn on the water. I was charged ridiculous amount for snacks. I really trusted them to provide shuttle from the airport, never happened. Apparently they also provided shuttle service to other attendees, but when I asked they declined. Nasty, dirty couches. Bar was left with dirty glasses on counter. No coffee. Check out person this morning was unfriendly.

If it’s your twenty first, get the chicken salad.

Room is clean, well kept, very homely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend coming back if there is another event in the area.

Good hotel. Left in the morning.

When we checked in, the person who checked us in seemed to have a piece of hard candy in her mouth and as a result, I had to have her repeat things three different times. The prices of the snacks and drinks are EXTREMELY expensive. When we got to our room, we realized the outlets on the left nightstand didn’t work, also the desk outlets. The bed was not as soft as other reviews claimed. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Great location and great hotel.

I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Dallas. Modern clean comfy hotel and close to the airport.

My experience was good overall but it could be a little bit better.
