Poor

Matelas un peu dure….

The rooms are dated and not clean

Room had only one bath towel and no floor towel. The floors were sticky - fortunately I brough flip flops. There were several small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom and a few crickets. I reported this to the front desk on the 2nd day and did not see any more roaches. There also were no wash clothes or dish towels in the room or cleaning supplies.

Room smelt horrible did not even stay was not offered any reimbursement but charged extra for not staying

Needless to say I enjoyed the breakfast bar. the ladies who cared for it were very friendly and professional kept everything stocked and fresh during breakfast hours.

The room was OK, The sink stopper and the toilet paper holder had to be repaired, which was taken care of the same day I reported the problems. Mold was in the corners of the shower floor and the soap dish. Dust was on the trim of the lower panels of the six-panel wet area door. In general, my stay was good, and the front desk staff were very co-operative.

This property needs a serious remodel. Stains in common areas, hallway carpet was disgusting. Our first room, the door lock didn’t function, the kitchen cabinets are falling off. Very disappointed. Only bright spot was the wonderful lady at the front desk who checked us in.

Passable

We had a great stay the staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean. We were able to walk to the mall and many restaurants. We felt safe in the area during the day and at night. We were 7-9 min ride share to the conference area.

clean rooms, good breakfast & helpful staff

I liked everything. Clean room, friendly staff and good breakdast

It was good an the breakfast was one of the best that I had I will be back on Sunday

The family suite was nice amount of space to spread out a bit, with small living area and 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. This particular room backed to Dig world which meant some extra noise from music and the park itself which was disruptive in the morning. Breakfast was decent and staff were helpful.

The suite was clean and staff was very friendly would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Price gauges on snacks and room Pool had too many people in out and never was cleaned

Room was clean, bed comfy, the pool and hot tub were nice place to relax and location was perfect for my spouse to stay busy while I was at my convention.

This room was amazing! Spacious and just enough privacy for my teen boys. The staff constantly checked to ensure nothing was needed. The boys enjoyed the hot tub. The location is perfect for shopping, which is what we came to Dallas for.

Love the hottub and breakfast

Very clean and organized
