Good location. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Pool was closed.

Service bad elevator didn’t work the entire we were there and there were gnats in the room and there was a dirty towel left on the back of the bathroom door and the breakfast sucked I will not recommend this place to anyone and the coffee pot was dirty

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet

I recently stayed for two nights and I don’t know if the plumbing is bad or what but every time the water ran in another unit. It sounded like a horn was going off for about 10 seconds. Also, the smoke alarm went off several times in the middle of the night. The room was not very clean. The staff was very nice though

This was an old hotel that had been renovated but still not great. The bed was terrible, making noise every time you moved. The elevator was at the end of an outside walkway. The room itself other than the bed was ok. Not worth the money we paid!

Super damp. The chair, carpet, and bed sheets all felt wet. I cranked AC down to 67 to try to draw out moisture but it wouldn’t go away.

The front desk was fully covered in bulletproof glass, which made the lobby feel cold and unwelcoming. Rather than feeling safe, it gave off a negative impression about the surrounding area's safety.

When I arrived to the hotel? I was told my room is upstairs but the elevator is broken. I asked for a room on the main floor but was told I have to pay additional $20 because it’s a 2 queen bed room. I stayed in the hotel previously so if I knew the elevator didn’t work I would have stayed elsewhere having lot of luggage returning from my vacations. The hotel didn’t seem too busy so I’m sure I could have been offered a room on the main floor with no additional charge. The room I was given smelled terribly like a zoo and felt very damp, I woke up in the morning with sore throat and a bite on my leg. Breakfast offered was so much worse than what I remember. Definitely won’t be coming back here .

The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. But the rest of the room could have benefited from more effort. 2 nights I was awakened by yelling and cursing by other guests and passersby. One early morning I was awakened by the screeching of the smoke alarm. I had paid for 8 nights but had to check out one day earlier because my brother was coming home from the hospital. Best Western refused to return the cost of the unused night.

I wouldn’t stay here it was very disgusting I checked in my room smell like cigarettes black stuff all over the walls the chairs looked like somebody peed on them I checked right back out and get another hotel.

That is not a hotel but motel and the advertising for being hotel is deceptive Everything
