Red Roof Inn Columbus - Grove City

So the room was poorly maintained and we were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out asap after the first night.

I have stayed here several times and will continue to stay there as long as they have a room available for me.

Great stay for the money

The bathroom shower curtain was ripped up and water got all over floor. There was only 2 towels and wash cloths and three people booked for the room.

I stay here almost all the time for work. Great place, great staff, and very affordable.

The water in the bathroom wasn’t hot and very low pressure

I stay here every time I am I in Columbus. They have always accommodated me with requests. Check in was quick and the staff was nice. Room is clean and beds comfortable. Places to eat within walking distance. Places to shop across the street.

They are currently undergoing a renovation so be mindful of that. However, this hotel has suited my needs for years when I'm tired of driving and need a nice and comfortable place to sleep for the night. Lots of food and shopping nearby and convenient to 71. Keep up the great work you guys! I was a previous employee of red roof and this property is on its way up!

It’s not terrible but for the price was not a value

The whole room smelled like a dog kennel and there were paw prints stained into the sheets. The mattress had a deep valley in it that you fell into. The walls had grime on them up to waist height. You were only given one wash cloth and two towels for 3 days at a time. I went to the store and bought a swifter wet mop and cleaned the tiled/wood portion of the floor which was sticky and filthy. After the third day of an eleven day stay, I checked out losing my non-refundable money to book a separate hotel. And they didn't give me my deposit back. I would only recommend this place to someone who needs the cheapest place possible to sleep or those who don't care about hygiene. I did not take photos, go see for yourself if you need evidence. You've been warned.

I have stayed here several times in the past. Beds have been comfortable and room has been clean. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

That being said- the room served the purpose of a safe place to sleep when I became too tired to drive and the bed was comfortable.
