Our bed was pretty stiff.

Stopped for the night on our way to Colorado. Last minute booking was accommodating through Hotels.com room was very nice, very well maintained. Didn't look like some hotels where they slap a coat of paint on it and call in updated. Can day this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in on a last minute booking. Breakfast was good, pretty standard, area was clean plenty of variety. Staff we encountered were all very pleasant. AC worked great. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was also excellent and convenient to everything we needed. Overall, a really nice experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and the little store was well stocked. Mold in the shower, hot tub out of order, spiders and webs throughout the building, ceiling peeling above shower, dirt accumulation on the bottom of the pool, no shampoo in the room, no blanket for the sofa bed until requested.

No ice buckets available, ac rattled had to turn off to sleep, compressor in utility room next door cycled off and on every 30 minutes loud enough to be a disturbance (staff indicated worked on frequently). Floor laminate in room was buckled. Wouldn’t stay again

Sadly the worst Best Western Plus we've ever encountered. Room 321 was so dirty required us to deep clean, ripped drapes, chipping paint, AC was filthy, stained carpets and broken tiles throughout hotel. Indoor pool dirty & hot tub was smelly & filthy, live bugs crawling everywhere, chipping paint, rust and desperately in need of maintenance. Breakfast was difficult because they were out of so much & yogurt machine was broken, but no yogurt cups provided. No fresh fruit or anything healthy. Everytime someone asked for something the hardworking male breakfast worker was apologizing that they ran out or it didn't work. Front desk staff like all staff were friendly & helpful. Good staff & products do not make up for the horrible conditions. Go elsewhere

Tiny hair product bottles. May want to think about using full size bottles mounted on the shower wall. Breakfast bar was amazing and kept full at all times. Beds and pillows were great! Pool was clean and refreshing.

It was very clean and easy to get to. The air conditioner kept resetting to 76 degrees at night. I had to get up several times to cool the room. This caused nightmares and I had terrible sleep. The bed was not very comfortable and the sheets were very scratchy.
