We drove in from out of state on 09.26.26 at 4am. We booked the room last minute and the gentlemen working the front desk was very helpful and kind. We really appreciate his help!

I was in complete shock that our room was so bad, our bathroom floor was literally coming up piece by piece and filthy. I talked to the front desk and they said they don’t look at the rooms and could not do anything since I booked through Expedia. Whole hotel was dirty and very noisy.

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

I was offered a new room and went to check it out and the same exact thing happened in the new room, hair all over the shower and bathroom area. The staff downstairs were very nice and apologizing for the housekeeping blunder, but I will not ever be staying in another avid hotel again after this experience. Hopefully I will get refunded, but I’m still waiting to hear from the hotel manager regarding that.

I stay here one day a month on my travels through Kansas and it’s always clean, comfortable, and most of all the rooms don’t smell.

Something was wrong in this hotel. The humidity level indoors was miserably high. Much higher than outside. No amount of AC seemed to help. The towels and bedding felt wet. Hopefully, it’s been taken care of.

The only area that could use a little improvement was the cleanliness of a few spots in the room. Nothing that ruined our stay, but a bit more attention to detail would definitely make the experience even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again. The great staff and amenities definitely outweighed the few minor cleanliness issues! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is modern looking. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The hotel is pet friendly, though we had no pets. Our stay was quiet. It’s a pleasant place for our overnight stay.
