2nd room the tub was clogged

We needed to stay one more day and the general manager got it done for me.

I needed to check out two days early, but the rate I had was a “promotional rate”. When I booked the room on Expedia, I was not aware that it was a non-refundable rate. A promotional rate will save you NO money if you have to leave early. I will not stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The was comfortable, however the fitted sheet would not stay properly positioned on the bed, both upper corners would end up on top of the mattress, and the same was true for the mattress cover. While putting the mattress cover and sheet back on the bed, I saw that the mattress was badly stained. I wish they had daily room cleaning. The breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage and more.

The location was good as it was near where I needed to be. The hotel was old. Numerous large pieces of furniture lined the walls and not needed. One piece left about 10 inches to access the hallway and room door causing a fire hazard or possible injury on the way to the bathroom. There is no servicing of the room for the duration of the stay. An extremely loud large drill/construction noise went off at 12:30am and again at 7:00am.

The location was easy to get to and the staff was amazing! Room was very nice (302) and it was a great value! Will stay here again if in this area!

Clean, convenient location, good breakfast, bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was when we went to go back to our room after breakfast the last morning, the lock malfunctioned and we were locked out. Luckily we had already taken our belongings out to our vehicle but wanted to make a last run through our room, I think the only thing we left was a container of toothpicks and unable to leave tip. We believe the staff gentleman name was Jeremiah, he tried everything he knew to do and made several calls while we waited in the lobby. It did not get resolved while we were there. We will definitely stay there again

Location was iffy, but close to everything we wanted or needed. Carpets in halls pretty dirty and warn. Initial check in was a nightmare. Unaware of 150.00 deposit. Only had cash. Nothing mentioned at booking. Young girl at the counter covered in facial tatoos was fairly obnoxious and rude.

The staff was pleasant, accommodating and helpful overall. Fresh coffee abailable at all times. Rooms were very clean. Pleasantly quiet. Fair continental breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was easily accessible from I-470, and close to important sites within the Denver area. I wish the ice machine was more user friendly for water bottles and had a place to fill up bottles with water. We only accessed the ice machine as we were leaving for the day, so using the ice bucket wasn't practical. We didn't utilize the included breakfast - it closed at 9am, which didn't fit our plans. We will stay there again over the holidays.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Checking in was a nightmare. Moved 4 times before they finally got us in a decent room. Other 3 rooms were filthy and noticeably smoked in. We stayed 4 days and they never cleaned the room once. The gym equipment was not working properly and the air conditioning didn’t work in there as well. When I asked about it they said oh well nobody really uses it anyway. Just an overall bad experience and the staff didn’t care. Definitely didn’t feel like customer service was a priority with this place.

Our room was clean but the bathroom a little cramped. They charge $10 "parking fee" to park in a mall parking lot which I thought was ridiculous. The fair alarm went off at 11pm but the staff handled it well. The breakfast was good.
