avid hotel Columbus Northwest - Hilliard by IHG

Superb

Breakfast was good. Tables needed cleaned more frequently.

Nit picky things, but things that I didn't care for. No coffee maker in the room, breakfast was limited and not well refilled. At 7:30 am I was scraping the bottom of the barrel for oatmeal and eggs. I could not get salt or pepper to dispense from the shakers, despite feeling full. Hallways and to a lesser extent my room smelled of weed.

It was the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in. Room a little on the small size and kind of plain. Even with that I would still stay there again. Clean and nice staff.

Staff was nice and friendly. Physical hotel was average. We stayed last year and it's surprising how much its been worn down in a year. The breakfast was better last year. The premade breakfast sandwiches they had last year were good. This year's eggs seem very cheap and processed (served in a solid sheet). Sausage was typical hotel turkey sausage. Bacon was crumbled. Not sure why. If not the sandwiches, a waffle iron would be nice for hot fresh breakfast.

Fresh, clean, convenient location, excellent stay.

Hallways and elevator had trash in them. Carpets were stained in many areas. Breakfast staff didn’t keep the breakfast stocked very well. But lady at front desk during check out was very nice and helpful.

Clean and really nice Nothing

Nice modern facilities. What we...

The room was clean the staff was friendly but the desk fell off the wall terrifying my kids. Luckily, no one was injured but we should’ve been compensated for our inconvenience.

Very clean I got a room with a king size bed and would have liked a room with 2 beds as I had my grown son with me

Just horrible desk clerk

Breakfast was very minimal, old bananas, & minced bacon crumbles. We requested to have our room cleaned daily as we all have severe allergies. This was communicated at check-in. Our room was not cleaned. Staff brushed it off.

Very nice clean motel!!

Very Clean, Modern great stay overall

The location for me was great. Easy on/off the interstate. Simple modern design, nothing special. Unfortunately, there was a fresh vomit odor in the hallway to the room. Noticeable after check in. Property itself is a no frills hotel with modern simple design. Easily converts to robot hotel.

Room was clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower. Kids loved the pool. Variety for breakfast.

Exceptional

Clean, updated and spacious rooms Shower pressure was really low.

The breakfast did not have any selection which was a shock because of how new the hotel was
