Location and included breakfast Price. Way too expensive for what it’s worth. Also rooms and other facilities are a little run down (cracked windows, mildew in shower, and the pool could use an update).

The hotel or the price they’re paying does the job. Don’t be looking for anything fancy. I would say it’s more of best Western than it is a best Western plus.

This was my first stay at a Best Western. As a seasoned traveler I was surprised and pleased with my visit. I will consider this brand when I need reasonably priced overnight accommodations.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I like that our room did not have a carpeted floor as carpet is pretty much a disgusting germ catcher. Overall, i was very impressed with the entire property and would highly recommend especially considering the reasonable price. The surrounding area is also very nice and safe feeling with lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly too.

The floors were not that clean and communication broke down with the front desk a couple of times. But overall, the room was clean, minus the floor, the beds were nice and the extra blanket and pillow were needed and I appreciated that. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay. Close to the zoo. Great staff. Pool was cold but we still got in. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.
