just a motel with better services. staff are nice, but, rooms are average, conpare with the price paid.

Staff is great, room was clean and they have access to a laundry room. There are fees for the laundry room, but it can be very convenient. The best part of this hotel is how nice the staff is and how welcoming they are.

After over 30 years of coming to Hilo we have finally found our favorite place The rooms are clean and comfortable, all the staff is happy and helpful and the location is the best We will definitely come back again and again

It’s run down and needs updating

Close to airport Mattress was not comfortable. Leaks in building. Bathroom was so small had to turn sideways between the toilet and shower to reach the vanity. No light above the vanity.

Pool was great if hurricane Lowell wasn't making it's way to the islands.

We especially loved the kombucha on tap and the fruit tasting, which were memorable touches that made the stay feel even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Great location - coffee across the street and many eateries nearby. We stayed in the peaceful wing - and peaceful it was! The room was tiny but very clean!

One of my favorite places to stay at when I'm in Hilo area. Location is convenient and so is parking. The free paddle board rentals is great with the super clear river right in front of the hotel. They also offer free bike rentals as well but all first come first serve.

The room was clean and amenity is very nice. You can have water, coffee and tea any time you want from the reception area. The property was very hot and it took time for AC to start working.

We can’t leave in the hotel. It’s a continence. However, all staff was very helpful. Mahalo

The air conditioner was very old and extremely noisy—I couldn't sleep without wearing headphones—and both the window and the pillows were very uncomfortable. I checked out after just one night; the front desk staff provided excellent service and helped me get a refund for the remaining two nights.
