Hilton Garden Inn Hoffman Estates

The room appeared somewhat aged, with visible water leak damage. Aside from that, it was clean.

Great hotel, everyone was attentive and friendly the whole weekend. Place is very, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Can't think of a single negative.

I wouldn’t call this a hotel more like a motel. When I got to my room, there was stain on the bed sheet. Plus, the breakfast is horrendous

Superb

Great place very clean. Large hotel with lots of amenities just outside Chicago in a very safe area.

Nice area

Clean, updated, accessible to the highway for a stop on a long road trip. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly.

Todo muito bem

The property is very well maintained with fabulous outside sitting areas & clean rooms. We would definitely return as it was a wonderful location & everything was great.

We arrived and was given a uncleaned room. The front desk corrected it right away. We've stayed here previously with no issues whatsoever. The second room had no face cloths or hand towels. The front desk corrected it when we went down. I would still recommend this Hilton without question.

Exceptional

Exceptional

Parking, room and staff were excellent!

Nice spacious rooms. I appreciate that we had adjoining rooms too. The breakfast was good and fairly priced and the responsible staff were particularly attentive to clients' needs. The gym is a little bit small. We had a 4-night stay in 2 rooms - only one of the rooms was cleaned once. Very disappointing in a hotel of this calibre. The wifi cut out severally and I had to use my 5G. Hoffman Estates is quite far from downtown.

The property is in a very good location, but their food is below average

The hotel and staff were great. It would have been nice to have breakfast there, but for $16 a person for not much to choose from in food. No. We left and ate out.

It was all good and clean

Good

I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed on a Saturday night when I arrived. The refrigerator did not work and the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. The room had a fragrance that I did not like. Will not go back.
