UNREAL how amazing this resort and staff was. Booked the day of arrival and they were extremely accommodating/ staff was helpful and polite. Went above and beyond for us. Everything was perfect i wish we stayed longer. Will be back and will only stay here!

When dinner was served, the food was very disappointing. The quality is nothing like it used to be, and it was not enjoyable at all. I’m not sure what has happened with the management, but this was definitely not the hotel I remembered and had visited many times before. Even the water glass they brought me was extremely dirty, with a piece of food still stuck to it. I clearly remember the manager, Steve, coming over and apologizing, but despite everything that happened, nothing was offered to make up for the experience other than an apology. Then, on the second or third night, we asked to have our room cleaned in the morning. When we came back that night and were getting ready for bed, we noticed a stain on the bedsheet. We honestly could not tell whether it was blood, feces, or chocolate because the room did not have enough lighting. The manager came to the room and simply offered a $200 discount. I will absolutely not return to this hotel, and I would not recommend it. Perhaps because I booked the room through Expedia, they were more careless about our experience, but I really don’t know.

We have a wonderful stay at Halekulani. It exceeded our expectations. The restaurants, the food, and staff provided great food and first class service! We will return!

staff was good breakfast and resteraunt on site were great the atmosphere seems alot laid back vs other resorts not to over crowded beach on site is ok kinda small and limited big thing for myself is they're was no hot tub on site not sure if I would come back or not

The views, restaurants, private beach, location in the best area of Waikiki. Everything os outstanding Some instability in the wifi connection during my stay

Top tier hotel lovely room and outlook and great location . We loved the bakery /coffee shop across the road Lillie differentiation in the restaurants if you are a hotel guest vs a walk in booking off the street

Everything about the resort was excellent. The staffs are extremely attentive and friendly, and the food at Orchid is great!

Quiet room with all the amenities. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I booked ocean front, but was sent to a 4th floor with obstructed view room. Asked to change room. They did. Much better after.
