Ka Laʻi Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Excellent property !! Staff was amazing and the food was also!!! Great location!!

When choosing where to stay, I always check the worst reviews first and quite honestly, Ka La’i had nothing at all that conserned me in the least. I’m so happy we chose this hotel/resort instead of the Halekulani or the Ritz Carlton Residences. The service was perfection…. It was consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely high end from the moment we checked into until the moment we left. We were celebrating our anniversary and we were graciously upgraded to a stunning one bedroom suite that had two bathrooms and two balconies - one off the master and one off the dining / living area as well which made the trip feel especially memorable and plush! I will say I noticed some ppl complained about the hotel NOT being directly on the beach and the price but we actually truly preferred this setting: we had gorgeous views and a sense of peace and space without the busiest stretch of Waikiki which most hotels are at. We were literally across the street and I would prefer this over a very crowded beach any day! On a scale of one to ten, I’d give them a 15!! We will definitely be back! The suite was wonderful, but the exceptional service is what would bring us back. We would happily stay here again.

What a little gem! Our balcony looks right at the fireworks on Friday night, the infinity pool and service was excellent. My husband and I both agreed they make you feel like you are home. The concierge, Anton, I believe his name was, helped us book tours around the bad weather, giving great advice. It’s within walking distance of everything.

If you’re looking for a place to stay with all the amenities of home and a view of the ocean and Diamond Head, this is the Place for you. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and always there to help with anything you may need. I loved that there was great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Room service for breakfast was delicious and the spa was great. The only thing that could have made this hotel better is if it was directly on the beach. However that was also in walking distance so not that big of a deal. I would definitely stay again!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed! Seriously loved how close the beach was and loved the staff, would recommend for a getaway and won’t leave disappointed.

Amazing staff in all department! Very attentive and very prompt. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. Strong AC even in the hallway. The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Great location.
