Hilton Vacation Club The Modern Honolulu

Lovely

The construction would have been less of a problem if the agent we had to check us in was friendly or helpful. The room itself was comfortable but we were so put off by how our stay started it was hard to enjoy.

Really nice hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel

Seems like they are now really prioritizing the rental / ownership side of things, vs the hotel side. Not a lot to recommend it as a hotel these days. Shame, was one of my favorites.

Friendly staff

Beautiful hotel and view. The Staff are all helpful and gracious. The location is convenient. We loved our rooms, the pools, and beach access. Thank you!

Upon check-in, we were well greeted by John. He made it easy and went over special events and times for the pool and bar. My kids enjoyed the pool and the late hours it closes. The room was clean and the housekeeper that helped us with more towels and pillows was very kind. We enjoyed our stay at the modern and we'll book again for future stays.

Great view, rooms were clean

A very nice facility in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was always someone at the front desk who was helpful.

If it possible have mictowave each floor and have ramp for disability

Centralized location. Walking distance to everything.

Love it at the modern, staff was amazing so welcoming and the bar is right along the pool side I mean it cannot get any better than this -amazing stay thank you ❤️

The room was clean overall, clean sheets and clean hotel area. But there was some hair in the shower, and one thing we didn't expect is that bathrooms are not fully a closed space, theres wooden curtains that open up in the wall, so that was not the most comfortable thing. No wifi to watch tv.

Great helpful staff, location was great. The cleaning crew ladies were very sweet and helpful The parking situation was ridiculous. We had to park on the street and were lucky to find the last spot available.

Tranquil, exceptionally clean, great service. Wish they had a restaurant.

Very nice and clean. Not sure what others complained about.

A laundry room would have been helpful for my family visit 9/7 - 14/26. The staff is amazing! The rooms are awesome.

Arrived and hotel had no electricity- it had been out a week but they did not let us know. Changed us to a new location without asking where we wanted. New hotel was not great

Hôtel propre et près du centre ville. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique
