Everyone was very sweet and helpful

Location was good Service was rubbish, like they were making you a favour for staying. Rooms were small, outdated and not so clean.

One disappointment was that the lobby can only be accessed by climbing two flights of stairs - some in our party found this very difficult. We did receive assistance carrying our luggage up the stairs.

From this was horrible how's skipping was horrible, didn't ever change bad. Sheets, never put water on a room, never the room. They never cleanup, are mayors? They never clean the rugs. It was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it for nothing. In the world, they not even give us coffee. We had to go and ask for it. So I wouldn't recommend it, not at all. They offer us breakfast, and it was not breakfast at all either. So, just be careful when you purchase this hotel

Very friendly staff, made us very welcome. The pool was small but perfect after a day of exploring, had a good depth. The bed was made every morning and the cleaning staff were great. The hotel is starting to age a little, but this did not detract from our experience. We loved the charm and feeling of the place, it has character.

The room was clean, the staff was great and very helpful, the bar was excellent, I had a problem with the hotel not being accessible for handicapped. If you are in a wheelchair or have any mobility issues you should not choose this hotel.

Convenient location. Room was clean with rustic furnishings. Few amenities and food items available. Quaint feeling with doors open to outside. Air conditioning was struggling. High point was definitely the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone one was pleasant. Overall, a dated but friendly atmosphere.

First-off fantastic staff. These people make you feel welcome and at home. My only recommended improvement is adding fans to the rooms to help move the air. Love these guys, will stay again!

Staff ws rlly helpful

The rooms were a bit dated and the pool was not inviting, but the bar was nice. The ability to get breakfast there before heading out to explore for the day was nice. The bar albeit small gathers a fun little crowd in the evening and the bartenders were good.

The room was quiet and the view was beautiful. Worth the stay.

The hotel is small, very nice staff, the rooms are older but well maintained. The absolute only complaint I have is that the ac in our room did not cool very well.

Dirty , housekeepers swapped garbage and replaced towels , nothing more no vaccumn no cleaning , very noisy downsatairs at bar as I was in room above it , people sitting on steps smoking couldn’t pass through

Location You have to climb stairs with your bags to get up to the property

The check in lady was very friendly and helpful. I even got a free drink ticket from the bar. Note that you will have to walk up a flight of stairs before there is an elevator. No elevator access from ground floor. Once I got my bags to the top I saw a male worker who saw me struggling but did not offer to help me. Room was clean. We had a nice balcony. The room needed to be dusted. Bed was comfy though and for the price and location I thought it’s an overall good deal.
