The blankets on the bed are a little too thin. Had to request another blanket. Also no ubs connections for update phones or smart watches to be charged

The location was convenient, and the breakfast was decent. The facilities could use some upgrades but for a one-night stay, it was fine. I was able to check in early, for an extra fee of course. My mother & I were stuck in the elevator for 11mins. The evening/night shift person, Teke (sp) did not seem interested in helping us directly. I ended up having to call the fire department myself. I had my brother go to the front desk to let her know we were stuck, her response… oh…, with no urgency to get us out. She seemed more bothered than concerned. After getting out, she nor anyone from the hotel even bothered to check on us. No one asked us any questions, not even if we were okay. My mother is elderly and uses a walker, for the remainder of the trip, we had to take the stairs because the elevator was out of service. And like other guests have commented, I too saw roaches in the room.

Very clean

Great customer service, gated parking lot for security. Rooms were very clean and smelled clean as well. Easy access to Freeway and close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Breakfast was good but lack variety of menu. The lift makes lots of noise.

Breakfast was delicious. Front desk created with a smile. Fitness room very clean and laundry room available Roaches in my room. Elevators brookem. We had to take the staircase. Very unconvinced because we had suitcases.

Bed was comfortable, water was hot, pillows were comfortable and floor and room was clean The mildew and stains on the ceiling were disgusting. There was lettuce stuck in the fridge from previous guests as well. You can hear the cars on the freeway all night long so if you aren’t a hard sleeper you either aren’t going to get much sleep or you will be woken up multiple times through out the night.

Excessively strong cleaning chemical smell everywhere. Front desk at check in was not the best. Rather rude about my arrival 10 minutes before the 3pm check in time. I stay here for the gated parking and the breakfast. I also appreciate the reasonable cost per night. Room is clean and well maintained but again the smell of cleaner was excessive. It actually caused sinus issues.

Wonderful experience, loved the cleanliness, breakfast buffet tasted amazing, beds are comfortable and room was clean!

The hotel is old stinks I got lick in the pool area no other guests were there did not feel safe poor only stayed an hour terrified

There was roaches in the room and the bedding was damp! Told the staff but ALL the bedding was damp! The breakfast was disgusting
