Best Western Premier Houston Northwest - Willowbrook

Staffing unprofessional in the afternoon and morning. They didn’t even want to give me a receipt. The breakfast sucked, the coffee tasted old even you can see they give you cheap Sam’s brand coffee creamer yet they charge over a hundred for the stay in addition a deposit.

We stayed two nights, about a week apart. It’s not a luxury property, but it is reasonably convenient to Bush Airport and relatively inexpensive. On both occasions, the king room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The desk staff was attentive and helpful. On the minus side, the elevator makes noise, our room AC was a little loud when it cycled on and off, and the walls were a little thin (on the second stay, we could hear our neighbors at 1 am). Breakfast in the lobby was adeviate and included both hot and cold items. We had no interactions with the other guests (who seemed to be largely comprised of Asian men), nor did we use the pool, although one was available. Overall, the property met our needs.

Nothing bout it The fact they charge us multiple times on my boyfriend credit card. When try tell person receptionist, he started the yelling at my boyfriend. That's when my boyfriend got heated up and started yelling back. They charge him 3 times for 2 nights! Kept blaming booking when they the ones makes the charges. The guy got scared tried threatening us he call cops. But we heard several people got double charged as well. We tried calling to get the other refund and nobody wants to answer us. Bad service n not recommended.

Cleanest hotel I've been to in awhile. Staff was courteous, room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Basic amenities that should be standard are unfortunately lacking. For example, water is not consistently provided in the room, coffee is unavailable at night, and even soap seems to be heavily rationed. These are very basic things that guests should not have to ask for or worry about. The overall experience could be much better with more attention to these simple essentials.

Make sure you have you wall pieces for your charger. rooms have no usb/c type outlet

Beautiful rooms very clean and spacious One thing about this property that isn’t mentioned and should be written in a description is that for one if you want extra people that are not on reservation they will charge you an additional 25 dollars per guest and second is for early check in or late check out you will be charged 25 dollars as well. I showed up 30 minutes early and was charged 25 dollars and I reserved for 2 guests but some friends wanted to come over and I had to pay an additional 50 dollars.
