I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and—unfortunately—based on the recommendations I had received, they really dropped the ball: they charged my card twice and also charged me for parking. I do not recommend it.

Very clean and well decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to live

The couch was horrible and the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It’s a shame as the staff were exceptional.

Management turnovers may be causing maintenance delays. King studio second best option--wouldv'e loved the beautiful two-bedroom units, but it was in excess of our need and budgets. Our garabge disposal was worn out, Biggest problem is how do you use complete kitchen with a tiny selection of oversize pots and pans? No egg frying pan was available at the property. Beds were just too plush for sensitive backs. They changed mine out within an hour of mentioning it, but it was the same. For that reason alone, I couldn't stay there again. TV channel selection a bit limited and a top to bottom of the screen thin purple line spoke to aging remodel. Bathroom floor had cracked and missing grouting and toilet tilted just enough to the left to make it a bit of a struggle to smoothly stand up. A/C ducted with central unit noisely located next to bed.

Nothing! Property needs upgraded and cleaning staff was not welcoming. Everything! The staff was not welcoming. Seems like a working crew lives there with a lot of employees. Did not feel safe about leaving belongings at the hotel.

Good and spacious

Room air conditioning was obviously old and needing replacement or repair. It chilled room but sounded like a distant train everytime it started up. Very complete major appliances in the kitchen, but without a vaiety of pots and pans, what good is a pretty kitchen? Garbage disposal spit garbage up because the rubber seal was gone. Maintenanance never got it right--old disposals need replacment. The refrigerators are too small for the design of the kitchen, as though managment had replaced them with units quite a bit smaller than the original 2000 design and they lack space. Breakfast food was good enough if lacking variety. But dining area was too warm for comfort--probably because of various air conditioning failures. Staff was feeling dizzy a times. Laundary machines worked ok, but use the new gray one if you want a longer wash cycle. Indoor pool area was boiling hot and unusable. Exercise room had excellent air conditioning and was decently equiped, but nothing elaborate. Rooms have super thin-walled juice/wine glasses that self-destruct in the dishwasher cycle. One broke in my hand as I was putting it in. Glass wall thickness was less than half of the thickness of a dime, totally unsuitable.

I enjoyed the room with the kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and floor were damp and there was a leak by the bathroom sink, making the floor wet there.. Other than that it was very neat and tidy. A couple stains on some chairs and tables. If I was being very picky, the television was off center of the couch and not able to be viewed unless we're sitting in the corner where there were no other seats. Pool area was nice. Breakfasts were very nice with a lot of variety each day of the three.

I didn't like how the breakfast changed. I think it should have more variety. It was a lot of pork. Maybe should provide beef bacon. I noticed hair in the restroom I had to clean that.

Already at our arrival everything was perfect. At the counter was this fabulous lady (Kim) who was really friendly and helpful. The room was enormous, very clean and super equipped. All the staff was super friendly and nice to us and we hope we can sometime come back in the future. We’ll recommend this hotel for sure. Nothing..!!! Everything was more as perfect..!!!

Loved my stay, wish the breakfast hours were a little longer. Other than that i loved it

Although everything was super clean, there is definitely a lack of a maintenance person. Like the minor things that need adjustment over time.
