Great stay

G

I loved everything

Everything was excellent. Will be staying again soon!

Exceptional

Clean, close to the stadiums, great amenities and staff, breakfast was included. Parking was not available unless you paid, but at least the price was not too extreme.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, polite, and always helpful. The pool area was clean, and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. You could tell they took pride in their work. The staff was polite and on top of their tasks. The made to order omelets were amazing. When I come back to the area I will definitely be staying here again.

Exceptional

Outdated quality stay. Even though light fixtures and grout were old and in need of replacement the grounds were well maintained. More of a time share otherwise great deal and proximity to sea world parks and universal parks. Value was there. Jaime and Ghiovani were world class with customer service. Regardless of the outdated amenities we ended up booking an additional night due to the cost and location.

Superb

Great place parking a little high

Exceptional

Staff were great! Super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well taken care of. The elevators were very slow - one appeared to be offline and the other two were painfully slow to arrive, something I heard noted from other guests as well. We also struggled with the lights. There is a main light switch that you need to have on to turn on the rest of the lights. This meant that I couldn't turn on lights in the bathroom or anywhere else while my sister was asleep in the living room. The door to the bathroom was also a sliding barn door with absolutely no privacy. I had booked a suite thinking we could stay there comfortably but I would not recommend sharing this type of room.

Front desk associates were polite not welcoming. Facility was very well maintained and clean but I was not fond of barn entrance to bathroom because there was no way to close completely or latch it. Also, bathroom door was glass with a couple of etched horizontal stripes which did not provide much privacy.

Staff was amazing. Room was ready upon arrival. Awesome breakfast and happy hour

The room was comfortable but the staff throughout the facility that we were in contact with were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Staff

Excellent hotel in a busy location. Lots of ongoing construction nearby but the staff were very friendly and helpful.
