Very clean. Nice staff. The beds are super hard- not comfortable.

The room was clean and cozy. The air conditioning worked fantastic, which is a major plus in Texas. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was GREAT! The only thing that wasn't great was valet. I waited 57 minutes to get my car upon departure. :-(. Otherwise, highly recommend Hilton America Houston.

I took my daughter to a concert at the Toyota Center. I wanted to make an experience of it. I saw there were several hotels close to the Toyota Center - I’m so glad I chose this one! Beautiful, luxurious and less than a five minute walk to the Toyota Center - it felt very safe.

They have Pappasitos attached to the hotel and another restaurant inside, which is a huge plus and a Starbucks. They only have a snack machine and drink machine for late hours after the event, so just prepare for that! Just prepare that
